During August and September we received an enormous amount of junk email to our support email account.  As it turns out this was mainly due to the Sobig virus/worm.  Although we did not have the virus, apparently many people who had our email address did.  This resulted in more than 1500 emails a day (most with large attachments) being sent to our mail server at the peak.

We resolved at that time to retire certain email addresses.  Although, the Sobig problem has abated we still get more than 100 SPAM emails a day.  We currently use filters to remove 95% of emails which are simply discarded.

Be advised that email to the following addresses will bounce in the near future.

andrew@expertcomsoft.com
sales@expertcomsoft.com
support@expertcomsoft.com
webmaster@expertcomsoft.com

We encourage you to instead post support requests to the forums.  You can even send us email through the forums.

If necessary you can contact us through ecs-support@expertcomsoft.com.  Please include the word "HexEdit" in the subject in case we need to apply filtering in the future to this mailbox.a
