Would you please provide me with terms of purchase and delivery? Is that software available via download or on CD?

Do you accept bank wire transfer or credit card? What is the term of payment: payment in advance or 30 days net? What is the purchase price? Do you offer any reseller discount? What is your suggested retail price? If you are expecting price increase, please indicate it. Please confirm until what date your quote is valid. Otherwise we specify it is valid for 30 days by default.

HexEdit is shareware.  Just download and try it for 30 days.  Then if happy pay online or send me the money and I will send an activation code.

To be explicit...

1. you can download it (see our downloads page)
2.  I can also provide it on CD.
3. you can pay with credit card (PayPal or RegNow)
4. Price is $50 US
5. Pay after trying and are happy
6. I don't normally sell through resellers

Just to be clear: HexEdit is freeware, HexEdit Pro is shareware.

The terms have not changed.  You can find all the latest info on terms etc and purchase links here: HexEdit Pro.

Hello!
I had a problem with the payment for order. I made overpayment. Earlier I made the first order placed 18th of January 2013 and did not get the license key. Then I tried to get it one more time and made the second payment 6th of February 2013. I used the activation code(WO4 CNF KSV) from the second payment. And now I want to solve this problem. Is it possible to key and to return the money back to the card from the first transaction?
